Who you are

As an Interior Design Manager, you are passionate about home furnishings and people's lives at home.

Together with your team, you develop and showcase functional, beautiful, sustainable and affordable interior design solutions that are relevant to the local market. You also inspire and encourage people to keep seeing their homes in new ways.
- You have a background in interior design and love working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- You are a passionate manager and are excited to lead and develop a new team.
- You love customers, home life and creative processes.
- You communicate confidently in German & English and are familiar with common CAD and MS Office tools.

**Responsibilities**:
'- Together with your team, you create functional, sustainable and affordable solutions and showcase IKEA products in exciting ways.
- You are passionate about trends, home furnishings, new technologies and home life and encourage your team to do the same.
- You are constantly expanding your knowledge of how people live in your local market, what their needs, desires and dreams are when it comes to home living.
- You don't see creativity and profitability as being at odds with each other; you see them as a means to move the business forward.
- You have experience in project management, including time and budget planning.

For this position we offer a gross monthly salary of € 2.800. with an All In contract. We will determine your actual salary together, taking into account your length of service, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer the following benefits, among others:
