**Senior Real Estate Officer M/F/d**
**40 hours/week, Location: Vienna**
- General management of corporate real estate portfolio within Austria including leased location analysis and preparation of data for strategic management decisions
- Leading lease transactions, construction and facility management across the portfolio as well as sustainability project implementation, space demand and development of location strategies
- Steering & coordination of construction projects, either as owner representative or as a consultant of investors (built to suit)
- Control of project progress and quality, incl. monitoring of deadlines and control of investment planning, budgeting and benchmarking
- Data management of the real estate portfolio incl. set up of reports
- Implementation of the global Real Estate strategy, standards and guidelines
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- Expert knowledge of real estate management and real estate market in Austria with proven track record
- High empathy for the interface between external parties and the core business
- Working with multidisciplinary teams, promoting cross-team information transfers, collaboration with hands-on mentality & all-round knowledge
- Ability to work independently
- Risk and quality management expertise
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
