**Your Tasks**:
In this position, you will actively support our Marketing team by expanding and demonstrating your Business know-how.
- You organize events and product shipments (e.g. samples to other Eastern European countries)
- You prepare packshots and are responsible for asset localizations (working with our external agency)
- You are in the lead of sales samples/office samples availability
- You create competitor media drives
- You track launches & campaigns
- You maintain the internal Product Information library and take care of operational cross-functional requests
- You create presentations (e.g Media campaign summaries) and support with ad-hoc analysis
- You translate and brief eCommerce assets

**Your Profile**:

- Ongoing or completed University studies with a specialization in marketing, advertising, consumer behavior or market research
- Open, flexible and stress resistant personality that takes on responsibility and has a passion for success & challenges
- Team Player with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
- High affinity to cosmetics and fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent English & German skills

**Our Offer**
- An exciting and multifaceted internship until December 2023 on a part-time basis (20h) at the regional headquarter in Vienna
- The responsibility to work on business-critical projects with the support of a well-rehearsed team

- We guarantee an internship remuneration of at least EUR 2.563,45 gross per month on a full-time basis (VW Group II.1)
