**Finance Manager (f/m/d)**

**Your Role**
- _Provide strategic financial leadership to drive the company’s overall financial performance _
- _Develop and implement financial strategies and KPIs that align with the organization’s objectives _
- _Lead and manage the finance team (5 people), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence _
- _Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes _
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency _
- _Analyze financial data, trends, and metric to provide actionable insights to the team**Your Background**

- _Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders _
- _Excellent proficiency in German and English _
