**Your territory**

As part of our international Marketing team, you will:

- Be our expert to set up paid performance marketing campaigns and strategies on a global scale for a fast growing tech company
- Help drive and develop our existing Search Engine Ads with focus on Google & Bing and explore further growth opportunities
- Develop growth hacking strategies for various markets and closely monitor performance KPIs
- Help set up a detailed tracking system for channel attribution and optimizing marketing spend
- Implement automation for bidding processes and evaluate programmatic advertising systems
- Work with the Design team to create ads tailored to different markets and different channels
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence and Webshop team and analyze the customer journey along the conversion funnel
- Share reports, learnings, and best practices within the team, and keep up with the latest developments in your channels
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”.
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level.

**Your profile**
Key requirements:

- Ideally 1+ year(s) of professional experience in performance marketing with Google Ads
- Experience in other channels is a plus
- Good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Good understanding of optimizing and scaling campaigns
- Very good English skills

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 35,000 full-time - at Tractive that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
