The Competence Center Engineered Projects (CCEP) stands for competent development of complex formwork projects and is part of the Corporate Engineering within the Headquarter in Amstetten.

As a CCEP group leader, you take responsibility for your employees, for projects and their results. This includes the following main tasks:

- Accompanying, coaching and developing your employees in order to foster their personal and professional development as well as to ensure the identification of potentials.
- Educating young technicians and supporting them in their first years of professional life
- Ensuring framework conditions that enable optimal performance development within the team as well as a high productivity of the elaborations
- Implementing the strategic orientation according to customer and market needs in the area of responsibility
- Encouraging cross-group project teams and coordinating several projects at the same time
- Use of modern (digital) planning tools
- Responsible for knowledge transfer within the Doka Group

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for dynamic personalities who would like to take on management responsibility and who meet the following requirements:

- You have completed **a technical education** (HTL, FH, university, etc.) with a focus on structural engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
- You have several years of **relevant professional experience** in the construction industry, **preferred in the formwork industry**:

- You have **experience **in project management and **in leading employees** and/or project teams
- You are a team player with a keen sense for people and situations
- Your cooperative communication style is convincing and you are able to solve problems in a **solution-oriented** and constructive way
- A hands-on mentality, a high level of **customer orientation** and a convincing manner are as much a part of your personality as a structured and reliable way of working
- You have the **ability to inspire yourself and others** and are highly committed and decisive
- You have a **good command of German and English**

**A gross monthly salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.**
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum yearly gross salary for this position is € 39,101 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
