You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity
- Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
- Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management
- Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

**More about this role**

You will be responsible for:

- Create payment advice for suppliers in SAP
- Incoming invoice check and control before processing
- Due to invoices checks and on time payment control
- Creating new suppliers in the system by the VMD team
- Communication with external vendors on payment and invoice related topics
- Control and update changes on vendors, bank accounts, payment terms, other
- Act as main contact person for all financial queries relate to logistic operations
- Support the assets capitalization requests
- Create & maintain Purchase Orders in COUPA
- Account assignments in COUPA with correct cost centers & G/L accounts
- Provide support for all COUPA related queries
- Create and provide WEB forms (preferred vendor forms) to procurement team
- Create monthly accruals for Logistic Operations
- Update the daily/weekly/monthly financial reports (e.g., budget spend, Bi reports for storage, other)
- Support by annual inventory checks
- Support during the audit process
- Storing and archiving all invoices related to AT Logistics

**What extra ingredients you will bring**:

- Former working experience within Customer Service and/or Logistics would be an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

**Job specific requirements**:

- Knowledge of SAP & COUPA environments
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with Bi, SAP reports
- Understanding the GL accounts and general invoice booking knowledge

The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement Handel für Angestellte. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 47.500;
- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
