**Your mission**:

- Continuous analysis of customer feedback and customer journeys in Power BI using leading methodologies
- Development of surveys that tell a complete story through data analysis and reporting
- Formulate and create data presentations that are digestible and help stakeholders quickly and accurately understand potentially complex findings
- Communicate business insights and recommend key opportunities for improvement
- Collect and analyze appropriate data sets that align with department projects and survey goals
- Monthly reviews and presentations detailing Customer Experience (CX) survey results and CX metrics with relevant stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration to develop standardized reporting and change management processes for our customer and employee metrics

**Your skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in project management and data analysis
- You have a customer-first mentality to help drive the best possible customer and employee experience
- You have strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate complex technical issues into clear, concise problem statements
- You have an inclination for storytelling through data and have the confidence to make business decisions and suggest areas of improvement
- You are a strategic thinker who has the ability to see the big picture, while also paying close attention to detail
- You have a demonstrated ability to think critically and problem solve using data to drive toward resolution
- You are able to adapt and manage efficiently in a global, scale-up paced environment, and recognize when to ask for assistance or guidance if necessary
- You have an inclination for project management and strong communication and presentation skills
- You are advanced in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint (or comparable GSuite platform)
- Power BI experience preferred
- You have **excellent language **skills in **English**:

- German language skills are nice to have but not required

**Who we are**:
We **develop and produce children's bicycles **for customers in more than 30 countries. Our goal is to build the best children's bicycles and spread the enthusiasm for cycling.

We are an **international, multicultural team** with more than 10 nationalities. In our cool office space you sit in the **midst of your team** to facilitate direct communication. For the times where you need a little more peace, there is enough secluded room as well as the **possibility to work from home**. At our **regular 12 o'clock presentations**, you can (currently remotely) get a good picture of the tasks of the other departments, and maybe you will soon be able to give an update on your new projects ;)
