**What You Can Expect**:
This role supports the Cluster Commercial Excellence lead in driving all Commercial & Sales Force Effectiveness standard operating mechanism and initiatives. It is a key role to ensure that the local sales leaders, sales and marketing employees are getting sales & customer performance metrics and data analytics required in a timely manner, via automated digital tools, to drive profitable growth for the Cluster.
**How You Create Impact**:
- **Responsible for maintaining Cluster Sales Reports/Dashboards**
- Collaborate with Finance & IT to ensure (Daily) Sales Reports are made available to all sales & marketing employees within the cluster
- Facilitate a quick transition of local sales reporting tools into EMEA Power BI
- Train sales & marketing team on the efficient use of EMEA Power BI
- Maintain the following Master Data:
- Sales Territory Mapping
- Sales Target changes if any
- Security / Access level master data to sales report
- Avalanche Segmentation, such as Customer aggregation, Sales, Potentials, ASP etc.
- **Support Cluster ComEx Lead with the following**:
- Yearly target setting process
- Provide & validate actual results for all SIP-/MIP-payees for quarterly bonus calculation & President’s Award ranking
- Gather up-to-date data for Avalanche Segmentation yearly update
- Gather data and analytics required for sales force optimisation & sales structural change initiatives (eg. territory redesign)
- **Be the **Cluster **CRM Super-user**:
- Maintain key dashbaords in CRM, with the support from EMEA CRM team
- Be the point of contact for local sales & marketing team on CRM usage and queries, escalate requirements / demand to EMEA CRM ComEx team / EMEA CRM IT team
- Support Cluster ComEx lead and EMEA CRM Change Manager to drive CRM adoption
- Support Cluster ComEx lead to identify CRM training and communication needs
- **Support Cluster ComEx lead & local **Sales Leaders** on ad-hoc analytics needs related to**:
- GTM model, sales force optimisation, sales structural changes
- Customer segmentation & targeting, customer analysis
- **Work with EMEA SFE team to drive process and tool harmonisation for all ComEx Standard Operating Mechanism tasks**:
- Adhere to and be the advocate to ensure local tools and processes are following EMEA standard
- Create and maintain documentation that includes the KPI design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
- Share best practices and local ideas to enrich and enhance EMEA processes and tools for effective use and automation
- Support Cluster ComEx lead in meeting deadlines of all deliverables of ComEx Standard Operating Mechanism tasks
**What Will Make You Stand Out**:
- Bachelor or higher. Business administration, finance science, engineering preferred. MBA a plus.
- Strong written and verbal command of English
**What Will Make You Successful**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device industry working with large datasets
- Extensive knowledge of building tools/databases, dashboards, reports with Excel and familiar with company internal data systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required to work with a diverse group of people
- Creativity, critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Has an entrepreneur mind-set and can balance multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly switch between priorities/tasks
- High interest and passion for data analysis and performance tracking/ consulting
- Analytical ability required to gather data, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems
- Deep understanding of IT systems, data warehousing and ETL
- Comfortable to chase country stakeholders to meet delivery dates
- Team player, high degree of flexibility and responsiveness to changing inputs
