Position Overview
Tasks
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within industrial accounts.
- Develop and execute recycling concepts and customer-specific recycling solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and working targeted accounts throughout the entire customer journey.
- Exceed monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and buying new scrap metal material in existing accounts.
- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation.
- Demonstrate value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles.
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Partner with customer success operations to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts.
**Requirements**:
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of scrap metal trading experience; industrial accounts focused preferred.
- Experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
- Track record of success selling into mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Consistently deliver on 7+ figure deals.
- Self-starter, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles using solution-selling techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel
