**Your personal sphere of influence**:
The Institute of Corporate and Business Law is looking for a university assistant with an interest in corporate and/or business law and/or competition law to support teaching and research.

The Institute is part of the Faculty of Law. The Institute is responsible for teaching and research in the field of corporate and commercial law. The position is advertised for 4 years, whereby the employment relationship is initially limited to 1.5 years and is automatically extended to a total of 4 years, unless the employer submits a declaration of non-extension after a maximum of 12 months.

Place of work: Faculty of Law, Institute for Corporate and Commercial Law (Prof. Dr. Friedrich Rüffler, LL.M.), Schottenbastei 10-16, 1010 Vienna.

**Duration of the fixed-term contract**: 4 years, **employment level**: 30 hours/week.
