**Specialist Event Marketing f/m/d**:
As an Event Specialist you are responsible for creating exciting and engaging events that highlight AVL’s products and solutions. In your role you develop event concepts, select venues, secure sponsorships, handle logistics, negotiate with sub-contractors, prepare expenditure reports, and evaluate event effectiveness for all internal and external events, conferences and exhibitions (covering F2F, hybrid and digital events).

We are looking for a self-motivated and outgoing Event Specialist to assist our organization in delivering phenomenal events that build business relationships, thought leadership, generate enthusiasm around our organization, grow sales and amplify brand awareness.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Event Project Management
- Creating and managing event calendar
- Concepting and designing creative event concepts
- Event budget management and reporting
- Selection of venues
- Organizing content, assets and materials from marketing team and business stakeholders
- Managing logistics and transport
- Managing event payment and invoices
- Event promotion
- Sponsor Management
- Speaker Management
- Event Payment Management

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Academic degree in Marketing / Event Management or similar
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Event Marketing
- A proven record in organizing events will be an advantage
- Strong intercultural affinity - ability to work in global teams across all cultures
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and ability to solve upcoming issues immediately
- Hands-on mentality and high self-motivation
- A keen eye for details
- Great verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
- Willingness to travel

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53,200.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
