**Regional Manager**

Tom & Ed's Auto Body is looking for a strong leader with organizational intelligence who can train, motivate, and inspire a positive working environment.

We need someone that can lead through example by holding themselves accountable and self-managing. You do not need to have experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Operations and Employees
- Meet or exceed insurance company requirements and key performance indicators
- Increase efficiencies and profitability where possible
- Support and motivate staff to help them reach and meet their tasks/goals
- Reviewing/Implementing goals set for Brand Operations
- Enforce Company rules and regulations
- Oversee employee recruitment
- Solicit and encourage new business
- Maintain current business and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and promote a positive image for the shops
