**Your responsibilities at waterdrop®**:

- You support the campaign planning process, collaborate with the content teams, and take over copy briefings, template design & creation
- You are responsible for the setup of segments and campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring targeted and effective communication to different customer groups
- You contribute to reporting and analyzing key metrics such as campaign revenue, order placement rates, engagement rates, and deliverability to gauge a campaign's success
- You implement and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or any other related field
- You have strong analytical skills with an ability to understand and interpret data to drive decisions
- Your excellent organizational skills enable you to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- You work effectively in a team and demonstrate good communication and collaborative skills
- You love to work with people from different teams and backgrounds and your profile is rounded off by your fluent English skills
