**In your team you are responsible for administrative issues in 1st and 2nd level support. **YOUR TASKS**:

- Central contact person for customers in 1st and 2nd level support
- Collaboration in failure detection and correction
- Responsible for the handling of complaints
- Creation, maintenance and further development of reports and documentation
- Supporting colleagues from the technical department with organizational issues

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed technical education (apprenticeship / technical college / HTL) with focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or similar
- First work experience in a comparable position is advantageous
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working with customers
- High solution orientation, organizational talent as well as a structured way of working

The law requires that a minimum salary is stated in job advertisements and that is why we do this. The minimum salary for this position is € 32.000,00 p. a. How much you actually earn will be agreed with you individually and depends on your skills and commitment.
