**Do you feel energized about HR tech solutions with a focus on transforming the way of working at HR?**:We are looking for an HRIS Talent Applications Specialist to strengthen our international HR Information Systems team located at our headquarters. In this exciting role, you’ll work on various initiatives to find and keep the right people, and to give wings to our employees.

- PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Following our project methodology, you’ll collaborate on global rollouts and enhancement projects in the area of talent management such as recruiting and onboarding. It includes analysing the business requirements, co-facilitating workshops, testing new solutions, delivering HR trainings, coordinating go-live activities, and supporting adoption.
- DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESSES & TOOLS

You’ll work with different HR and IT teams, developing processes and solutions whilst working with the most advanced technologies in a global and diverse environment.
- SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

You’ll act as point of contact for questions related to our HR tools and systems. With your curious mind and in collaboration with the IT team, you’ll find the best possible solution. After the implementation you’ll share your knowledge within the global HRIS team and provide them with on-demand trainings.
- BUSINESS SUPPORT

You’ll be also responsible for operational tasks, such as coordinating incidents and maintaining tool and process documentation.

EXPERIENCE**
Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- 2+ years professional experience as HRIS Specialist in an international environment
- Good understanding of HR processes and systems, ideally in talent acquisition and training management
- Energized by working on several topics in parallel with multiple timelines, deadlines and teams
- Strong in communication and building relationships across HR and other Red Bull departments from entry to management level
- Can easily adapt to new requirements and enjoys thinking outside of the box
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, IT or equivalent work experience
- Fluent English (spoken and written), German is beneficial
- Travel 10%
- Permanent
