**Ihre neuen Herausforderungen, die Sie begeistern**:

- Produktpflege und Optimierung bestehender Blutplasmaprodukte im Rahmen des R&D Life-Cycle-Managements
- Entwicklung und Etablierung von Herstellungsprozessen für neue therapeutische Produkte aus Blutplasma
- Mitarbeit bei Design und Etablierung von analytischen Testsystemen und Methoden zur Prozess
- und Produktcharakterisierung
- Unterstützung bei Prozesstransfers, Scale Up
- und Troubleshooting-Aktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
- Planung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Experimenten
- Erstellung von Studienberichten, Arbeitsvorschriften und behördenrelevanten Dokumenten
- Fachliche Anleitung und Betreuung von Prozesstechniker:innen
- Mitwirken an wissenschaftlichen Kooperationen und Projekten

**Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom/PhD) in Biotechnologie, Biochemie, technischer Chemie oder einer verwandten Disziplin
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, vorzugsweise in der Prozessentwicklung bzw. Downstream Processing
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Proteinreinigung und mit analytischen Methoden
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten
- Hohes Maß an Motivation, Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
