Junior Project Manager Large Scale Projects

Within our team we are looking for a professional and highly self-motivated person who joins us to achieve our ambitious global goals.

Besides driving the implementation of a **scouting process** the focus will be on the coordination and lead of internal projects, processes and other initiatives. In this role, you can perform to your full potential by taking care of the following tasks:

- Support our areas and countries and essentially drive the implementation of the scouting process
- Accompany the decision-making process for the project selection on country, area and corporate level
- Support international project teams during the entire lifecycle of a Large Scale Project
- Learn project management methods and processes according to Doka project management standards and support our organization in the implementation
- Research in global and regional databases to identify relevant global construction projects or new trends & sectors
- Support areas & countries in the implementation of new processes
- Communication on global management level to enable a transparent & frequent exchange of information
- Drive activities to harmonize and further develop monthly reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in construction or formwork business (e.g. Foreman, Construction or Project Manager, )
- High level of communication and presentation skills in German and English (written and verbal), other languages are a plus
- Analytical skills and experience in process design and data visualization concepts
- Capable to create easy to understand reports & dashboards
- Hands-on mentality and a high customer/service orientation
- Organized and structured team player
- High level of self-motivation and reliability
- Flexibility for business trips

**For this position we offer a salary that is in line with the market and relates to your qualification and relevant working experience.**

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 37.557,38 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
