**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Develop and maintain OMV Group Crisis Communications Plan and Processes
- Raise awareness and align with Communications teams in Borealis and OMV Petrom
- Conduct crisis communications trainings for key spokespeople in divisions and corporate
- Steer and coordinate crisis communications at key sites (refineries) in close collaboration with site heads
- Act as the main point of contact for the OMV Group Crisis Management team
- Develop crisis preparedness scenarios for key issues categories in corporate, divisions and sites, incl. templates, statements, etc.
- Evaluate potential crisis communications scenarios with HSSE at Vienna HQ
- Communications representative in HSSE Committee Vienna HQ

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree
- You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in strategic communications and media relations
- prior experience in crisis communications and/or crisis management in large corporations
- open mind-set, problem-solving skills
- ability to work in complex matrix/virtual/agile organizations
- adept at working across hierarchies
- ability to work under time pressure
- strong team player
- excellent editorial skills
- excellent proficiency in English and German
