Aufgaben

Dein Daily-Business besteht zur Hälfte aus Management-Aufgaben und zur Hälfte aus aktiver Mitarbeit im Finance Team. Das bedeutet konkret:

- Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Buchhaltung und das Berichtswesen für 8 Unternehmen im EMEA-Raum.
- Du bist in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Finanzabteilungen in anderen Ländern, sowie mit der Konzernbuchhaltung.
- Du leitest, verantwortest und unterstützt das 6 köpfige Buchhaltungsteam.
- Das hast einen Überblick über die Prozesse und Dokumentation der Buchhaltungs-Funtkionen.
- Neben den bestehenden Prozessen hast du Lust, neue zu entwickeln und zu implementieren.
- Die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei allen Buchhaltungsaktivitäten sowie die Qualitätskontrolle von Finanztransaktionen und Finanzberichten liegt in deiner Hand.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die monatliche Berichterstattung und die Jahresabschlüsse der EMEA-Unternehmen.
- Du wirst als Hauptansprechpartner für interne und externe Prüfer und Berater angesehen.

Qualifikation
- Seit mindestens 5 Jahren arbeitest du in einer vergleichbaren Position und weißt, worauf es in dieser ankommt.
- Da du auf Manager-Ebene eingestellt wirst, sind gute Kenntnisse der lokalen Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze und -verfahren bei der Position ausschlaggebend.
- Du benötigst theoretisches Knowhow, um deine Aufgaben zu meistern, weshalb du Idealerweise einen Bachelor oder Master-Abschluss in Wirtschaft und Verwaltung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder ähnlichem mitbringst.
- Erfahrung in einer Lead Rolle ist kein Must-Have, unser Kunde ist sehr offen für Bewerber: innen die ihren nächsten Karrierestep anstreben möchten.
- Du bist im ständigen internationalen sowie nationalen Austausch, weshalb Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse ab C1-Niveau erforderlich sind.
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung mit Excel und anderen Buchhaltungspaketen, vorzugsweise Navision und Dynamics 365 Business Central mit.
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit IFRS.
