**Job Description**:
As the CoE Transport Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of transportation, from budgeting and resource allocation to relationship management with external suppliers and freight forwarders. You will be responsible for overseeing SLA/KPI management, identifying and mitigating customs risks, and finding opportunities for cost savings. In addition, you will have the chance to utilize your experience in international logistics and trade compliance to ensure smooth operations. Your strong background in working with 3PLs and freight forwarders, as well as your ability to interpret budgets and financial data, will be key in predicting results and making necessary strategic decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build up know-how and stay up to date in various types of transport
- Stay informed about national and international transport markets
- Develop and improve internal routines and processes for the transport department
- Manage supplier acquisition, evaluation, and optimization
- Negotiate costs, conditions, and framework agreements with suppliers
- Analyse and communicate KPIs and find solutions for improvements
- Manage event/non-event transports and customs concepts
- Define and improve transport ERP processes and functions
- Create concepts and negotiate with suppliers for parcel and courier services
- Operatively manage certain transports and report to stakeholders
- Handle complaint and escalation management
- Process project-related inquiries
- Manage parcel and courier services in some cases
- Handle billing and event support

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with a focus on sea transports and project transportation
- Proven experience in managing budgets, resources allocation, and relationship management with external suppliers and freight forwarders
- Strong background in international logistics and trade compliance, including customs and duties
- Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders
- Proficiency in interpreting budgets, variances, and financial and statistical data
- Knowledge and experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify risks and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a high degree of change
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for first-class hospitality and premium products
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
