**PR Manager f/m/d**:
**Press Work at AVL: Creating Understanding and Showcasing Creativity **As a PR Manager, you have the crucial task of presenting AVL’s diverse and complex content in an understandable and engaging manner. Your creativity, solid expertise, and expressive abilities will be put to the test. You’ll become part of a dedicated team that optimally represents AVL in the public eye.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Leading Public Relations**: You’ll develop and implement PR strategies at both the corporate and product levels, always keeping the company image in mind.
- **Crafting Concise Statements and Interviews**: As the point of contact for media inquiries, you’ll write clear and impactful statements, especially for our CEO.
- **Organizing Press Conferences, Interviews, and Shoots**: You’ll plan and oversee events where AVL takes center stage.
- **Building and Maintaining a Network of Editors and Journalists**: Establish connections with relevant media representatives, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- **Handling Press Inquiries**:You’ll be the first point of contact for journalists, providing timely and professional responses.
- **Monitoring and Analyzing Media Coverage**: Stay informed about media reports and derive actionable recommendations.
- **APA Annual Balance Talks Organization**:You’ll play a significant role in preparing and conducting these talks.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Higher Education in Communication/PR**: You hold a university or college degree in communication, PR, or a related field.
- **Relevant Professional Experience**: Your successful work in PR, communications, and public relations allows you to craft compelling and expressive texts.
- **Excellent Written Expression**: Your mastery of the German language enables you to create clear and convincing content.
- **Independence, Commitment, and Flexibility**: You work autonomously, stay motivated, and adapt flexibly to tasks.
- **Open and Communicative Personality**:You’re proactive, communicative, and adept at collaborating with various stakeholders.
- **Team Player**:You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to communication.
- **Interest in Technology and Research & Development**: Given AVL’s field, an interest in technology and digitalization is advantageous.
- **Strong German and English Skills**: You can confidently express yourself in both written and spoken forms.

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €83,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
