During your internship, you will gain insight into all areas of daily work in food safety and quality management of raw materials. We offer you the opportunity to take part in the following challenges in a responsible and partially independent manner.

Your responsibilities:

- Supplier documentation management for the EUA Procurement Organization - you will collaborate in the creation, review and update of Food safety management documents
- You support in maintenance & update of contents in the Quality Management system
- Take part and support the Food Safety & Quality Management team in their day-to-day activities
- You contribute to third party audit preparations (e.g. organic audit)
- You will get familiar with group-specific processes and challenges in food safety and quality management
- Gain experience in Quality Management according to ISO-standards and Food Safety Management in a global environment
- You support initiatives to improve the AGRANA Fruit quality management
- Support in other quality related tasks (certificate check etc.)

Your profile:

- Ongoing or completed studies in Natural Sciences (Nutritional science, Food technology, Safety in the food chain )
- Passion and interest in food safety and quality management
- Understand the mission of a quality department, recognize the interrelationships with the other departments and act accordingly
- Accuracy and reliability in organizational tasks
- Independent, structured and proactive working style
- MS Office skills, SAP and Sharepoint knowledge is an additional asset
- You are an open-minded personality and you like to be involved in an international, culturally diverse environment
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite, any other language is an advantage

Our offer:

- A challenging and exciting internship of 20-25 hours per week in which we provide guidance and support in the field of quality management as well as the opportunity to experience the food industry from the inside

- Getting to know the supplier evaluation process, production processes in the food industry and special tools (e.g. SAP, ISO 22000, HACCP, RASFF, Organic Audit, internal audit)

- Home Office option up to 50% working time after the onboarding process

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 29.173,20 gross p.a. on full-time basis. For part-time employment it will be pro-rata according to the agreed working hours/week.
