**ROLE DETAILS**

One of our client's products provides toolmakers with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for the design and manufacture of plastic injection molds and sheet metal stamping dies, as well as programming 2D to 5-Axis milling CNC machines. Created with the toolmaker in mind, it provides intelligent automation that complements the toolmaker’s skills to deliver the highest quality tools while compressing production time and cost.The other product is a production milling and turning CAM system designed to increase the efficiency of the CNC code and machine tool. It supports 2D to 5-axis milling, turning, multi-task machining (MTM), and wire-EDM. Providing the ultimate ease of programming for any CNC machine, as well as empowering manufacturers to deliver superior parts with digital precision and speed.
- Managing and following up maintenance contracts.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Weekly reporting and updating on sales
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
- Upselling products and services.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**
- Proven Inside Sales experience (minimum 3 years) with a track record of over-achieveing quota
- Experience of working with NetSuite or similar CRM systems
- Strong listening, negotiating and presentation skills
- Able to create and maintain good customer relations
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Organized and detailed-oriented team player with a positive can do attitude
- Ability to multi-task, keep commitments, and meet multiple deadlines
- Verbally articulate with excellent writing communication skills, with particular attention to details such as grammar, spelling and layout
- Advanced PC skills, especially with MS Office
