- Actively participating in specific work packages during planned electrical maintenance activities.
- Assisting in planning and carrying out repair, maintenance, and optimization measures.
- Contributing to defining and specifying requirements within investment projects, change requests, and management of change (MOC) processes.
- Participating in planning and executing maintenance activities during plant shutdowns and turnarounds. Coordinating activities with other departments and supporting the team in compiling budgets and submitting investment projects.
- Coordinating with partner firms to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Assisting in incidents related to health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) or process safety. Analyzing causes and maintaining relevant systems for internal quality assurance and compliance with legal requirements.
- Cooperating with colleagues from HSSE, production, maintenance, finance, and projects.

**Your profile**
- University degree (master/diploma) in electrical engineering.
- Team Player and open to changes and adaptable in various situations.
- Capable of understanding and developing abstract ideas.
- Solution-Oriented and Structured Approach: Focused on finding practical solutions and maintaining an organized work style.
- Proficient in information technology and the English language and skilled at building sustainable partnerships and networks.
