**About the role**

Location: Schaftenau, Austria
As a People Partner, you will provide in-country policy expertise and HR generalist knowledge to support and train leaders, managers, and associates on all P&O topics. People Partners support all divisional customer groups enabling the delivery of lifecycle events, employee value proposition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, rewards, and reporting. In addition, People Partners implement P&O change initiatives at a country
- level acting as change agents by working closely alongside P&O Business Partners and managers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide credible P&O People Partnering for all employees and act as partner for managers
- Lead P&O operational excellence initiatives by driving quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement of P&O-related processes
- Drive the execution of the local implementation of organizational changes in line with country regulations / policies
- Collaborate and negotiate with local works council and provide advice for managers on labor law related matters
- Close collaboration with P&O business partner colleagues
- Lead the local implementation of P&O projects

**Role Requirements**

**Essential Requirements**:

- Several years of generalist HR experience across employee lifecycle activities
- Austrian labor law knowledge
- Full working proficiency in German and English
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong team player

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Experience in transformation and re-organization projects

For this position the minimum salary is € 60.212,18 /year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
