**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Our project managers keep teams on track and oversee the deliveryof projects and completed business objectives including budget,quality, safety, performance, and schedule requirements. You will be responsible to create quality Bids/ Proposals for Combined Cycle Power Plant usingworld class Siemens Energy Industrial Gas Turbine for international customers.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Co-ordinatewith a small team of engineers and experts located within the Vienna locationand globally, to generate technical bid forpower plants using Siemens Energy medium sized gas turbines.
- Develop a bid strategy, a time schedule, costs and scope.
- Develop a technical solution fitting to the customers requirements
- Evaluate technical guarantees.
- Co-ordinatewith different entities within Siemens Energy to get system design, component inputs and costs.
- Compilecosting for the project
- Perform risk and opportunity management
- Estimatecost and control cost for preparation of bids
- Coordinatewith procurementdepartment to get market information for all the supplied materials, componentsand services for the project
- Coordinatewith hub Sales and regional sales to get the mosteffective solution and strategy for the proposal.
- Attendmeeting with customer and convince the offered technical solution
- Negotiatewith various stakeholders including the customer for the most optimum contractand technical conditions
- Reportstatus of your bid tothe management and take management approval for the bid.
- Maintainquality and standard for the bid documents
- Comment andclarify customer specifications
- Motivatethe team and see that communication channels within the team are healthy.

**What You Bring**
- You are smart,energetic andself-Motivated
- Knowledgein managerial skills and as a team player
- 6-10 yearsexperience as qualified engineer with mechanicalor electrical orI&C background with deep knowledge about power plants
- Goodcommunication skills
- Excellentskills in English, knowledge of other foreign language will be beneficial. Willing to learnnew language.
- Ability to travel in short notice
- Awareness of the energy industry and technically knowledgeable about the energy transformation

**About the Team**

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation throughservice and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gasturbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonizationopportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization ofthe fleet.
