**Student Job (f/m/x) - Application Management**
**(20 - 25 h/week)**:

**What to expect**:
- **Take action**: support the team in handling operational tasks (e. g. user management, service management...) and in implementing IT solutions as well as testing activities
- **Show initiative**: support the implementation and documentation of IT processes and contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our SharePoint and Confluence sites
- **Your development**:acquire practical know-how from IT and business side, depending on your performance progress, your range of tasks will be continuously expanded
- **Agility**:be part of an agile working team in close cooperation between IT and business
***What you bring to the table**:
- **Studies**: ongoing studies (at least three semesters left until graduation)
- **Personality**: motivated team player with an open mindset
- **Interests and Knowhow**:
- Good technical understanding as well as interest in learning about technologies and using them innovatively (e. g. Power BI, SharePoint, JIRA, Cognos...)
- Basic Knowledge of SQL
- Basic programming and scripting knowledge are a plus
- Knowledge of IT service management processes (e. g. ITIL) is a plus
- **And very important**: independent and structured way of working as well as willingness to continuously learn and be flexible.
- Very good command of English, German and CEE languages are a plus
