Bist Du bereit, dich einem dynamischen, engagierten und erfolgsorientierten Team anzuschließen, das sich der Förderung von Sportlern auf der ganzen Welt verschrieben hat? Wir suchen eine/n enthusiastische/n SupervisorIn (m/w/d), der/die eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Führungsteam einnimmt, als Coach und Mentor für andere Teammitglieder fungiert und den/die Store ManagerIn bei der Erzielung operativer Spitzenleistungen und Rentabilität unterstützt. Diese Rolle dient als wichtige Unterstützung für den/die Assistant Store ManagerIn und fördert die Verkaufsstandards, während er/sie die Teammitglieder führt und coacht.

- >Mehr als 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einem Einzelhandelsunternehmen
- Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und/oder Englischkenntnisse
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit und zur guten Teamarbeit
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten

**STELLENBESCHREIBUNG**:
Store Supervisor tragen zur Erreichung der Rentabilität und der KPIs des Geschäfts bei, indem sie Kundenservice anbieten, der mit dem UA Servicemodell übereinstimmt, und daran arbeiten, Spitzenleistungen im Betrieb zu erzielen. Store Supervisor fungieren als Coach und Mentor*in für andere Teamkolleg*innen innerhalb einer definierten Verantwortungsbereichs. Diese Rolle ist auch die erste Anlaufstelle in Abwesenheit der Assistant Store Managers und kann für die Öffnung und Schließung zuständig sein.

**HAUPTAUFGABEN**:
**Vertrieb und Omnichannel**
- Unterstützung der Erreichung der KPI-Ziele für Vertrieb und Einzelhandel/Omnichannel
- Detaillierte Beratung der Kund*innen zu einer großen Auswahl an Produkten

**Markenimage und Kundenerfahrung**
- Unterstützung das Training der Teammitglieder, um eine für Under Armour einzigartige Service-/Verkaufskultur zu schaffen
- Fortgeschrittenes funktionales Know-how, um Umsätze und die Treue der Kund*innen in seinem/ihrem Bereich zu fördern

**Einzelhandelsbetrieb**
- Schulung und Anleitung von Mitarbeiter*innen bei der Ausführung der täglichen Aufgaben im Einklang mit den UA-Verfahren und -Richtlinien
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Store-Führung bei der Einhaltung von Standards für Waren und Verkaufsflächen
- Einhaltung der Richtlinien zur Reduktion des Warenschwunds und Benachrichtigung der Store-Führung über ungewöhnliche interne oder externe Vorgänge
- Übernahme der Aufgaben der Stock Leads in deren Abwesenheit
- Sofortige Mitteilung von Unfällen/Verletzungen der Teamkolleg*innen an die Store-Führung

**Zusammenarbeit von Führungskräften und Teams**
- Kommunikation klarer Prioritäten, Vertriebs
- und KPI-Ziele an die Vertriebsteams, um die Ziele zu erreichen
- Aufrechterhaltung und Unterstützung der Sicherheitsstandards im Ges
