- Als
**Analyst Collections (Teilzeit - befristet auf 2 Jahre) **kannst du deine Zahlenleidenschaft im Arbeitsalltag ausleben, vor allem in diesen Dingen:

- Umsetzung von Aufgaben aus Zahlungs
- und Mahnprozessen.
- Koordination und Durchführung der täglichen Kundenzahlungsprozesse.
- Analyse von Inkassofällen anhand eigehender Kundenanfragen, Entscheidung über deren weiteren Verlauf und ob folglich diese zurückgezogen oder weiter betrieben werden sollen.
- Verfassen von Stellungnahmen und Übermittlung entsprechender Unterlagen.

**#YOU**:

- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis für die Geschäftsprozesse in der Telekom Geschäftsprozesse, insbes. Billing, Care und Finanz.
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung, Französisch
- und Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Mit einer proaktiven, selbstständigen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise sowie Hands-On Mentalität passt du perfekt ins Team
