**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Mitwirken bei spannenden Projekte bei unterschiedlichen Kunden
- Durchführung tiefgreifender Recherchen, um Einblicke in das Nutzerverhalten, Pain Points und Präferenzen zu gewinnen
- Entwicklung von Design Frameworks, Tools und Richtlinien, die eine Integration von Human & Service Design in die Organisation ermöglichen
- Erstellung von Customer Journey Maps, Service Blueprints & die Durchführung von Usability-Tests
- Moderation von Workshops, Design Sprints und Brainstorming Sitzungen
- Prototyping von digitalen und physischen Designkonzepten
- min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Service Design, UX-Design oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Workshops, Design Sprints oder anderen kollaborativen Design Sessions
- Expertenwissen im Umgang mit Design Tools und Software zur Erstellung überzeugender visueller Darstellungen und Prototypen
- Gutes Verständnis von menschenzentrierten Designprinzipien, Design Thinking Methoden und Service Design Frameworks
- Deutsch und Englisch ab C1 Niveau
- Nice to have: Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Designkonzepte und -strategien sowohl technischen als auch nicht-technischen Interessengruppen darzustellen
- Nice to have: die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben nach Prioritäten zu ordnen, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu verwalten und Deadlines einzuhalten
