**YOUR TASKS**
- LEADERSHIP... of the logistics and work preparation team at the site (technical and disciplinary)
- RESPONSIBILITY... for the scheduling harmonization of spare parts and repair orders
- COORDINATION... and ongoing close schedule coordination of the production plan with the involved production segments at the Kematen and Brno site
- CREATION... and tracking of defined key figures
- OPTIMIZATION... of reaction and throughput times, especially for repair orders
- PROCESS DEVELOPMENT... and implementation of improvement (continuous) as well as coordination of change management at the site
- SHAPING... the mobility of the future

**YOUR PROFILE**
- completed higher technical education (HTL) or comparable education (apprenticeship) with several years of professional experience in logistics and/or production planning
- profound knowledge in logistics and production planning
- experience in employee management
- proactive personality, solution-oriented and independent working style
- high communication skills
- RELIABILITY
- very good IT skills (SAP, MS Office,...)
- good command of English and German
- willingness to travel for regular coordination with the decentralized production segments in Brno
