**YOUR ROLE**:

- Be part of the global Henkel Construction Sustainability Team and create a more sustainable world together with us
- Support in the steering of sustainability projects together with brand and cross-functional teams
- Development of internal and external communication and activation ideas to drive the sustainability agenda
- Strategic market and competitor analysis & monitoring
- Generate consumer insights together with the market strategy team to identify unmet needs
- Work in cooperation with regional and local teams in adapting and implementing planned activities

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Student of business-related or sustainability studies
- Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad is beneficial
- Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Team-player with high level of independence
- Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality
- Immediate availability for 6 months

**OUR OFFER**

Full-time internship for a period of 6 months, Start as from now

- A gross monthly salary in line with the market of €2,564 on a full-time basis, in the case of a compulsory internship a gross monthly salary of €1,482 on a full-time basis
