Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Kommunikation mit dem Standortpersonal zu Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Protokolldurchführung, Rekrutierung, Bindung, Protokollabweichungen, regulatorischer Dokumentation und Standortaudits/Inspektionen

Initiierung von Studienzentren, Training, Unterstützung und Anleitung des Zentrumpersonals

Geschulte Anwendung der Studiensysteme und Pflege des CTMS

**Teilnahme an Meetings mit den Prüfärzt**: innen und internationale Studienteam-Meetings

Einflussnahme bei der Auswahl von Prüfzentren

Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu Studienstandorten und Sicherstellung der Kontinuität dieser Beziehungen in allen Phasen der Studie

**Durchführung des Studienstandortmanagement**: Überwachungsaktivitäten in Übereinstimmung mit ICH-GCP, Sponsor-SOPs, lokalen Gesetzen und Vorschriften

Protokollerstellung und zugehörigen Dokumenten

**Ihr Profil**:
Naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Medizin, Pharmazie, Biologie, usw.)

1 Jahr Erfahrung

Bereitschaft zu häufigen Dienstreisen mit auswärtigen Übernachtungen (gelegentlich auch DACH-Region)

Selbständige, effektive, und strukturierte Organisation

Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)

Bereitschaft zu Reisen

Hervorragendes Verständnis und fundierte Kenntnisse in klinischer Forschung, Phasen klinischer Studien, aktuelle GCP/ICH & ländliche klinische Forschungsgesetze & -richtlinien

Das jährliche Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle liegt bei ca. € 50.000 brutto jährlich. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Erfahrung möglich.
