(Senior) Offline Media Manager

**Your responsibilities at waterdrop**:

- You have full ownership of waterdrop’s global media planning and buying across above-the-line channels like TV, OTT, OOH, Audio and Retail Media
- You manage and steer the relationship with external media agencies and sales houses with the goal of implementing outstanding media plans which drive predefined business goals
- You develop individual ATL strategies and allocate budget across selected formats, channels and placements based on performance data from past campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insightful reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and optimization recommendations.
- You measure the overall impact and success of media investments using TV attribution tools, statistical analysis and research surveys
- You closely monitor the market following trends around pricing, media vendors, measurement tools as well as target group behaviour
- You work closely with internal and external creative stakeholders to ensure ads adhere to local requirements as well as overall to the highest standards in visuals and copy

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- You are a proven specialist in both operational and strategic ATL media buying with 4+ years of experience on client
- or agency-side, experience with Retail Media is a plus
- You are passionate about the linear TV landscape but OTT, incremental reach measurement and programmatic buying are terms that have already spiked your interest
- Measurement tools such as TVSquared as well as data analysis/visualisation tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio or Power BI are your home turf
- You have a high affinity for numbers, a strong ability to think analytically as well as a growth mindset
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with agencies and media vendors
- You enjoy regularly exchanging with peers from within and outside of the organisation to identify synergies and opportunities which help to unlock additional business growth
