**You are a driven, strategic team player w**ho **wants to join a dynamic and vibrant workplace?** **As RGM **(Revenue Growth Management) A**nalyst **you will be responsible for building long-term pricing and promotional strategies** &** assessing marketplace growth opportunities** for** **the global **leader in plant-based foods with a portfolio of power brands, including Rama, **Becel**/**ProActiv**, Flora, Country Crock, Blue Band and **Violife**.**

Preferred location: Vienna; other European locations to be discussed

**About the position**

Reporting to the Revenue Growth Manager DACH, the RGM Analyst plays a critical role in shaping Upfield's growth plans. Your primary responsibility will be to translate price and promo insights into actionable plans across the commercial functions to deliver our ambitious growth targets.

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a holistic approach to support our growth agenda in a sustainable and profitable way across five key levers:

- Strategic headline pricing
- Channel, Pack, Price Architecture
- Mix Management
- Promotional Effectiveness
- Trade Terms

**_ Key responsibilities include:_**
- Act as a RGM data specialist, enabling fast & fact-based decision making to shape our future price and promo plans
- Own our promotional agenda in close cooperation with the sales team; from analysing promotions to turning the insights into a continuously improving promotional strategy
- Build relevant market & competitor insights in order to stay competitive through our innovation agenda
- Drive inputs for monthly performance reviews with key stakeholders to ensure we deliver on our targets
- Support the development of our annual plans during the budgeting process

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- Passion for data and turning it into insights & action plans
- Good analytical capability as well as understanding of commercial concepts
- Basic understanding of consumer, shopper insights and marketing concepts
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint Skills
- 3+ years of commercial experience (FMCG a plus but not a must)
- Fluency in English (German not a must)
- German market knowledge is an asset, not a requirement
