**Job Description**:

- Be responsible for the whole recruiting process
- Suggest the best recruiting methods, sources, & platforms
- Do active sourcing
- Create talent pools
- Support HR business partners & hiring managers with your recruiting know-how
- Consult on best approaches to successfully close key and complex positions
- Cooperate with recruiting agencies or headhunters
- Co-create & implement improvements in recruiting process

**Qualifications**:

- Educational background in HR, psychology, business administration or relevant work experience
- Passionate about Recruitment, Active Sourcing and Talents Acquisition
- At least 2 years of experience at recruiting agency or international business
- Awareness of latest recruitment trends and sourcing approaches
- Excellent communication skills in German & English (min. B2)
- Approaching personality with a mind set to improve things
- Experience in IT or searches for engineering positions is of advantage

**A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.**

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 40.830,02 EUR (based on a full time-employment) according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
