Executive Analyst

Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for an **Executive Analyst to join our Manufacturing Operations Business Office**. This is a hybrid role split between our head offices in Reading, remote working and our contract manufacturing partners facility in Austria.

**What you will do**:
Working within the Operations Business Office, you will work closely with all manufacturing and logistics functions as well as their senior leaders, focusing on analytical and organisational tasks. You will be supporting on the issues close to the heart of the top management and have an excellent opportunity to learn from senior leaders.
- Support the Chief Manufacturing Officer in parts of their day-to-day business, for both strategic and operational topics
- Developing management decision-making material, including market research and cross functional data gathering
- Driving departments collaboratively to develop solutions and proposals
- Preparation, organisation and steering of cross-functional events including events with internal and external partners, board members, investors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain specific project roadmaps

**We would like you to have**:

- Strong organisational skills/ability and ability to work across different functions and hierarchies
- Technical degree - Business, Economics, Engineering discipline
- Strong analytical experience and knowledge - ability to gather, manipulate and draw insights from data
- Ability to develop and deliver externally ready and polished presentations in fluent English
- Ability to speak German is highly desirable for this role
