Company Description

As the IT of the REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 500 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade. As a product team we provide a reliable, scalable and secure way to use authentication and authorization services that opens the REWE IT environment to a new technology stack. The main purpose is to abstract away the complexities of auth from other product teams by providing a central platform.

**Job Description**:

- Evaluation of the company's needs and identification of potential for improvement
- Development of sustainable technical solution proposals organizational or system-related identification of benefits/risks
- Analysis and documentation of business processes and different needs within the product AAA
- Collecting and documenting needs in the form of diagrams, descriptions, acceptance criteria, etc. (e.g. framework conditions, context, functional requirements, quality requirements)
- Tracking relevant trends, providing impulse for new ideas / innovations and proactively contributing to the development of innovative solutions e.g. for an optimal omnichannel experience for our customers
- Observing customer behavior and competitors
- Supports the requirements assessment (costs / benefits / risks)
- Takes care of the acceptance by the stakeholders by using the acceptance criteria
- Supports the team through implementation and testing of requirements (e.g. by clarifying open business questions)

**Qualifications**:

- You have good IT knowledge and/or appropriate education
- You convince through your professional experience in IT projects or in the analysis of business processes
- First experience with oracle databases and business objects are an advantage
- Analytical thinking skills and understanding of business processes
- Creativity and innovative spirit for the solution space
- Good communication and visualization skills
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Broadly diversified fields of knowledge
- Basic knowledge of modelling notations such as UML and BPMN
- A good command in German and English
