Molding Operator Iii

TE Connectivity's Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

**What your background should look like**:

- Scope of duties:
- You will be responsible for setting up and testing, as well as commissioning, plastics machinery and equipment
- You manufacture plastic parts using plastic processing techniques and procedures
- You carry out quality controls using quality management systems
- You commission new molds
- You carry out material tests
- You are responsible for the handling and maintenance of the tools to be used and the periphery (jigs and machines)
- You collaborate on various improvement projects

**Requirements**:
- You have successfully completed your vocational training as a plastics technician or a technical college with a similar focus
- Relevant work experience is an advantage
- You have no problem working in shifts
- You have a very good knowledge of German
