**This is how your day looks**:

- Maintenance and repair work on and in the hotel
- Implementing rapid and effective solutions to issues in the guest area
- Independently planning work in the technical area
- Conducting inspection rounds regarding safety and fire protection, as well as documenting deficiencies
- Managing and controlling the inventory of technical items
- Cleaning and repairing all facilities and areas managed by the Technical Department

- Completed vocational training in a trade, such as electrical or installation, is desirable

This employment is classified under the collective agreement for the hotel industry in pay group 3, but the actual salary depends on your qualifications and may be higher.
