Zur Unterstützung unseres Kunden **MSD**, ein führendes Pharmaunternehmen mit über 74.000 Mitarbeitern weltweit, bei der Umsetzung der Recruiting-Strategie (RPO-Modell), suchen wir einen erfahrenen **Principal Recruitment Specialist (m/w/d) in Deutschland / Österreich** (Hybridmodell mit Home-Office Arbeit oder Remote mit geringer Reisetätigkeit).

Unser Kunde gibt jeden Tag sein Bestes und entwickelt seine Medikamente und Impfstoffe weiter, damit Patient:innen wertvolle Lebenszeit und Lebensqualität gewinnen können. Mit diesem Ziel investiert unser Kunde jedes Jahr etwa 25 Prozent seines Umsatzes in die Forschung.

Dies ist eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, mit dieser führende Pharmaunternehmen zusammenzuarbeiten und vom ersten Tag an Teil von Projekten zu sein Du wirst als interner Talent Acquisition Partner des Kunden arbeiten (RPO Modell), um innovative Rekrutierungsstrategien zu erschaffen. Bei AMS kannst Du Dich voll und ganz auf Rekrutierungsprojekte konzentrieren, ohne Dich um die Kundenakquise kümmern zu müssen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Leitung und Steuerung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses für eine Vielzahl von Positionen auf dem deutschen / österreichischen Markt (Produktion, Vertrieb und verschiedene Zentralfunktionen).
- Als Trusted Advisor agieren und die Hiring Managers in allen Themen rund um das Recruiting beraten.
- Proaktive Kandidatensuche über eine Mehrzahl von Kanälen mit Unterstützung des Sourcing-Teams, zum Aufbau einer Pipeline qualifizierter, vielfältiger Kandidaten.
- Erfüllung von Kunden-SLAs, KPIs und Teamzielen.
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Einstellungsprozesses/Change Management.
- Employer Branding.

**Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, solltest Du Folgendes mitbringen**:

- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung von End-to-End-Rekrutierungsprozessen in direkter Abstimmung mit den einstellenden Kundenmanagern.
- Vorherige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie ist nicht erforderlich, jedoch von Vorteil.
- Ausgezeichnete Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit relevanten Stakeholdern sowie die Fähigkeit, Stakeholder auf verschiedenen Managementebenen zu führen.
- Analytisches Denken, Liebe zum Detail und Praxisnähe.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
