Internship Junior Project Officer

**Department Description**:
Corporate Services Department is part of Erste Digital’s Corporates & Markets Division and provides IT Services over the entire lifecycle of specific solutions (including business analysis, design, implementation, test, and production support) for the Group Large Corporate Lending Back-Office, CRM Front & Mid-Office, Trade Finance and Factoring Business Areas of Erste Group.

**What to do**:

- document the project’s creation (project plan), development, and execution/reporting as well as the project’s scope, budget and justification
- oversee the development of the project (project’s tasks/budget) and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently as per defined scope, time and budget / cost
- execute basic administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings and/or taking notes during meetings to provide/develop project documentation
- upload/maintain project’s documentation as per specific project’s guidelines
- create resource evidence and guidelines for the project team
- prepare/maintain reporting on the project’s progress and performance
- manage and mitigate risks, issues, changes and dependencies
