**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**:
As a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the performance marketing function. Your responsibilities include overseeing the development of marketing strategies, managing a team, and ensuring constant alignment with the company's goals. Specifically, you will:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for digital customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage performance marketing channels and take full ownership of related processes and tools.
- Launch and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and create insightful reports, analyzing core marketing KPIs.
- Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, forecasting the impact of campaigns on revenue and contribution margin.
- Leverage historical data and industry benchmarks to develop new projects and refine strategies.
- Explore innovative opportunities to increase marketing visibility and customer base.
- Lead day-to-day communication with agencies and key partners to execute performance campaigns.
- Manage and coach a high-performing, multi-market/multi-language performance marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Product and Business Development, to drive tech/tool-supported process improvements and automations.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in managing people with high levels of responsibility.
- Expertise in current marketing tools and channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.) for measuring campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and reporting performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, team player mindset, and hands-on mentality.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Fluency in English and one of the core languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch).
- Passion for the outdoors, nature, and/or the travel and tourism industry.
