WaveOptics is a world leading designer and manufacturer of revolutionary Augmented Reality (AR) waveguides. Our waveguides have a balance of attributes that deliver a superior display to the widest range of users with a high level of comfort.
**The role**:
Reporting to Manager (Process and Technology), based in St. Florian am Inn, Austria at our pilot line and R&D site you will support a range of research and development activities for next generation augmented reality product
**You will**:

- Support our engineers on the technical delivery of WO fabricated components using Nano-Imprint Lithography (NIL)
- Process development and optimisation
- Tool finger printing and upkeeping
- Support the development of key documentation and process
- You will be working with a small but experienced team and have the opportunity to develop and learn
- Working hours are 9am - 6pm however as the team grows you will need to be flexible and happy to work split shifts (e.g. 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)

What we like to see: *
- Ausbildung in a technical field preferred
- 2+ Experience working in a clean room facility and manufacturing/production environment
- Hands on experience with using metrology tools and equipment
- Previous experience in Nanoimprint lithography or UV lithography would be an advantage
- Working knowledge in English - German speaking would be an advantage
- Proactive and keen to learn
