In this role you'll be focused on leading our local strategy and implementation of initiatives that are able to grow Red Bull availability, presence and brand in order to increase our relevance and consumption across festivals and events around the world. You'll be covering events ranging from music festivals, street parades, warehouse parties, block parties, open airs, after parties. This position will also play a vital role in the development and delivery of Red Bull owned events within bars, nightclubs and festivals. Your responsibilities within this role includes securing partnerships, listing and quality execution of On Premise event infrastructure at 3rd party events, building partnerships with event suppliers (organizers, promoters catering companies, etc.) as well as training and coaching the On Premise team on event tools and execution with excellence.

**MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP OF ON PREMISE EVENT MARKETING**

In this role you'll be responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs while own the local strategy for growing Red Bull availability and activation across the events landscape. You'll track, record and evaluate all results of event activities implemented. You'll work in strong collaboration with marketing teams (brand, culture, sports, Red Bull Media Network) and act as a key contact for market trends and active search for new business opportunities.

**INCREASE AVAILABILITY & ACTIVATION**

Mapping and identifying new listing opportunities across the events landscape will be also part or your job. You'll be the one creating new and ensuring best in class globally marketing activations and training the On Premise Team on that while maintaining existing partnerships and growing our presence at the events through marketing activations and POS. In addition, you'll be responsible for allocating and managing POS tools and monitoring their correct placement. You'll also be developing and the translating national campaigns into the events landscape.

**RED BULL OWNED EVENTS**

In this exciting role one of your main responsibilities will be part of the entire process that evolves delivering local Red Bull party and socializing events while leveraging the global Red Bull events portfolio for consumers and industry. You'll collaborate with marketing teams (Culture, Sports etc) to localize assets to the markets (Key creative, POS, social media assets etc) and develop impactful consumer activations to support and further increase the impact of our events.

**EFFECTIVE NETWORK AND INDUSTRY MARKETING**

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3 years sales and/or consumer event experience

In-depth knowledge of the On Premise and event marketing

Strong event or festival industry knowledge

Existing and strong network within the Festival or events industry

Excellent planning, project management abilities and strong negotiation skills

Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and training abilities

Willing to work weekends and at nights

**Additional Information**:
Education

University degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience

Language

Excellent command of English. Other languages advantageous, but not required

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
