**Your Role in Our Journey**:

- Identify opportunities in this emerging area of law
- Advise on intellectual property matters, as well as use of AI-driven innovations and technologies.
- Define legal guardrails on data protection, privacy regulations, and their impact on AI systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement AI governance policies aligned with global legal standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to data sharing, licensing, and IP rights for AI initiatives.
- Stay ahead of emerging laws and best practices in AI and data governance, translating them into actionable strategies.

**Your Impact**:

- Hold a law degree from an accredited institution, with additional qualifications or certifications in IP or data law being a plus.
- Bring 2-4 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal role, with a focus on technology, IP, or data protection law. Experience in start ups is a plus
- Demonstrate expertise in navigating GDPR, copyright laws, and AI governance frameworks.
- Possess a strong understanding of AI technologies, their legal implications, and governance challenges.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in legal drafting.
- Communicate fluently in English (additional languages are a plus) and effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- Embrace a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to complex legal issues.
- Show curiosity and a commitment to ongoing learning in the evolving fields of technology and law.
