Masterarbeit: Optimierung der fraktionierten Destillation von natürlichen Fruchtaromen

Dauer: 4 Monate zwischen April & September 2025

Your responsibilities:

- Natürliche Fruchtaromen sind ein wertvolles Nebenprodukt in der Herstellung von Saftkonzentrat
- Du destillierst natürliche Aromen (Äpfel und Rotfrüchte) in Fraktionen
- Du führst Versuche an unserer Pilotanlage zur fraktionierten Destillation von Aromen durch
- Du testest und misst unterschiedliche Parameter (z.B. Vacuum, Reflux, etc.), um den Prozess der fraktionierten Aromendestillation zu optimieren
- Begleitet werden deine Versuche durch unsere Expert:innen aus den Abteilungen Flavor Development und Analytics

Your profile:

- Aktuelles Studium in einem Masterstudiengang (Lebensmittel
- und/oder Getränketechnologie, Chemie, o.ä.)
- Leidenschaft für Lebensmittel & Getränke sowie Interesse an technologischen Produktionsprozessen
- Selbstständige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für die Position bei EUR 2.083,80 brutto/Monat liegt
