**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und bei der Betreuung eines dynamischen Portfolios junger Technologieunternehmen
- Akquise von Start-ups in unserem Sweet Spot (für eine optimale Deal Pipeline sorgen)
- Selektion potenzieller Portfoliounternehmen nach qualitativen und quantitativen Kriterien
- Unterstützung bei bzw. Mitverantwortung für interne und extern ausgelagerte Due-Diligence Prüfungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung des bestehenden Portfolios bei strategischen und finanziellen Fragen
- Mitverantwortung für den erfolgreichen Abschluss von Vertragsverhandlungen
- Aktives Networking zu Akzeleratoren und Inkubatoren, Investoren und anderen relevanten Kooperationspartnern, Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen
- Mitwirkung an Unternehmensbewertungen und Impairment-Tests
- Unterstützung im Berichtswesen an die Investoren

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder technisches Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Transaktions
- und/oder Beteiligungsgeschäft (Venture Capital, Private Equity, M&A)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Unternehmensanalyse, Beteiligungsmanagement oder -controlling, eigene Gründungserfahrung ebenfalls von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Sehr hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung.

Für diese Position gilt je nach Vorerfahrung ein jährliches Gehalt von EUR 45.000,00 (Analyst) bzw. EUR 55.000,00 (Associate). Eine marktkonforme Überzahlung erfolgt abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
