Wir sind Alfies, ein schnell wachsendes österreichisches Unternehmen. Ein online Supermarkt der innerhalb von 60 Minuten zustellt. Unsere Mission ist es unseren Kunden so viel Zeit und Energie wie möglich bei der Besorgung der Produkte des täglichen Bedarfs zu sparen.

Um dies zu erreichen liefern wir Lebensmittel und Getränke bis zur Wohnungstür unserer Kunden. Dadurch nehmen wir ihnen den Weg zum Supermarkt ab, befreien sie vom Schleppen, vom Vorausplanen und liefern dann wann unsere Kunden die Waren benötigen.

Wir haben 2015 mit einem Lieferwagen und einer Handvoll Bestellungen pro Woche begonnen. Heute wickeln wir rund 15.000 Bestellungen pro Woche ab.

Wir sind überzeugt davon, dass die Zukunft des Lebensmittel-Online-Handels in der schnellen Lieferung liegt. Um unseren Service stetig zu verbessern und unser rasantes Wachstum bewältigen zu können suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiter die als Team die Zukunft des Lebensmittelhandels gestalten wollen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilung und Softwareentwicklung
- Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Spezifikationen und stellst komplexe Zusammenhänge vereinfacht da
- Du koordinierst die Anforderungen der Stakeholder mit dem Entwicklerteam und visualisierst und beschreibst diese auf Roadmaps und in User Stories
- Du optimierst laufend Prozesse und arbeitest in einem agilen Umfeld (Scrum)
- Du holst regelmäßig Feedback von den Anwendern und Entwicklern ein
- Du bis verantworlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Kernsysteme

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung (HTL/Studium Winf, Informatik)
- Du hast bereits mehrjähirige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder Requirements Engineer (mind. 2-3 Jahre)
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwickklung (von Vorteil)
- Du hast Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Arbeitsweisen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und präzise und hast außerdem sehr gute Moderations
- und Präsentationskills
- Du stellst dich gerne neuen Herausforderungen und übernimmst Verantwortung
- Du besitzt perfekte Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt der KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von Euro 33.488 brutto jährlich auf Vollzeitbasis. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
